Requesting an Attorney Ad Litem in Texas

When it comes to a child’s voice being heard, an appointed Attorney Ad Litem may be a better option when getting to the truth about previous or ongoing neglect and abuse rather than relying on Child Protective Services or your “run of the mill” family lawyer who only wishes to line their pockets.  The caution here is that your typical Texas Judge, who wishes to keep abusive parents with children, may appoint a buddy of theirs to support their agenda on your case.  Parental oversight is advised. http://tinyurl.com/4y6hdne
